Lancia Homes builds throughout northeast Indiana and the northwest edge of Ohio. Our building radius is approximately an hour's drive from the Allen County Memorial Coliseum. Contact us if the location is slightly over an hour; we can build outside that area on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. Lancia Homes has plenty of experience building on rural acreage so we understand the needs of these homes and properties, including well and septic permits and installations.
We have a construction supervisor dedicated to these county jobs.  It is wise to have Lancia walk the land you are interested in before you buy to advise on what it will take or if it can even be built on. Visit any model center or call our office at (260) 489-4433 for more information.

Yes! The form from Ft Wayne St. Vincent de Paul School Reward Program needs to be presented at the time of contract signing. Lancia is helping our community with a 1% donation of the base price of the home price published on our website to St. Vincent de Paul School Reward Program. 50% of that goes toward St. Vincent de Paul School and 50% goes toward the new homeowners choice of a program in the Ft Wayne Diocesan network. Ask your rep!

Lancia features a 2-year Foundation-to-Roof Guarantee

Looking for a dual Owner Suite or Mother-in-law suite? Make sure to ask for homes we already have that have been built with 2 Owner Suites, either both down or one upstairs. We build many homes with are considered Mother-in-law suites. Some have a Owner Suite Bedroom with Owner Suite Bath and closet, some have full suites including Kitchens. We even have built complete separate homes behind the main house with covered walkways to the main home. A great place to add space such as this is behind the 3rd Garage bay. Call and ask!

Yes! We are video conference ready, Zoom, Skype.... it works well with going over plans ideas, viewing selections, contracts. DocuSign also makes making an offer on a spec home easier as well as customized build meetings. Call our main office or one of our Lancia New Home Specialist from our web page.

For new builds, buyers, current homeowners:

As part of this community since 1975, we believe in doing what is right especially when it comes to our families, employees, suppliers and subcontractors. Residential construction has been deemed as “Essential” part of our critical infrastructure industry that has a special responsibility to continue operating.  We have taken that designation seriously to ensure the workplace is a safe and comfortable work environment.

We have been following the Center for Disease Control (CDC) in regard to the COVID-19 and we have taken appropriate actions based on their recommendations.

We have modified our routines to safely accommodate visitors.  Our team continues to monitor their health and practice safe protocols.  If an employee or a member of their house would experience COVID-19 symptoms, the Lancia Homes team member will stay home under the CDC and physician guidelines. We kindly request that if you or your household member is feeling ill, please schedule an appointment for a future date.

Model Homes and Design Centers

·      Our model homes are open for private appointments or by virtual meetings at this time.

·      We are utilizing safe greeting procedures to respect the social distancing rules of 6’ and will limit the number of visitors to one client at a time.

·      We are implementing no contact greetings, no handshakes at this time.  A wave or a nod is more appropriate

·      We are disinfecting frequently used touch points throughout the day.

·      While visiting our model homes or our design center, we ask that you avoid unnecessary contact with surfaces and décor.

Customer Service

·      We are suspending non-emergency warranty visits.

Job Sites

We have altered schedules for our subcontractors and our own service crews. This means there may be someone working in your home as early as 7:00 in the morning to as late as 11:00 PM at night for the safety of our trade partners.  For your own safety and protection, as well as that of the people working on your home, we are asking that you please refrain your visitations to your new home.  If you visit after 5:00 PM and there are cars or trucks in front of the home, please come back at another time.
