Paso Fino

Paso Fina is a 82 lot mixed community subdivision with ponds and cul-de-sac lots on North River Road. This beautiful area is located across from Kreager Park in NE Fort Wayne.

Entrance is off Landin Road. Turn west on Shordon Rd, south on Asher Drive. Follow it right into Kensington Downs while still on Asher Drive. Turn north on Greythorn Drive, then east onto Caverango Blvd, then south on Kayenta Trail. This is the new subdivision Paso Fino.

Later development will exit onto N. River Road.

Close to the Rivergreenway. Links into Kensington Downs subdivision. Close to NE side of Fort Wayne and New Haven. The neighborhood connects directly to the walking paths of Kreager Park, one of Fort Wayne’s largest city parks. With over 218 acres, the park features a splash pad, adaptive playground, outdoor fitness station, tennis courts, athletic fields, and miles of walkable space. Future neighborhood plans include connecting to Kayenta subdivision and out to River Road and the Rivergreenway Trail. Currently accessible via Kreager Park, the Rivergreenway provides easy access to biking, walking, and running trails that connect to downtown Fort Wayne and New Haven.
