Originally from West Virginia with a family background in home building, Jim and Floyd have specialized in single-family homes, condo-style town homes and villas, and residential land development. As a local, family-owned business, a second generation is carrying on Lancia Homes tradition of quality and value with Floyd's son, Matt, and Jim's son, Jamie.
