Can I use a REALTOR to represent me when I purchase a home?

Yes. Lancia works with REALTORS® and to represent our buyers. You can choose to work with a Lancia representative, who is a licensed real estate professional and a REALTOR®, or use a real estate professional from another real estate office.

The cost of your home does not change if you work with one of our agents, a cross-office agent or broker or come directly to the Lancia Homes office.
